Update: Just called them and they said they mailed it to my address that I was staying in over the summer, so it returned impossible delivery or some shit like that. However, I know I had my cell phone listed in my records, shouldn't they have attempted to contact me once they figured out I wasnt there?

My dad said something about them being legally obligated to file them by 1/31 or something like that...
