Did you just say that the Lord of the Rings was predictable? Assinine. That's like saying the Titanic was predictable...duh. Everyone knows the story. It was the "Book Series of the CENTURY".
What else should have won Best Picture? "Lost in Translation"??? Personally, I'm glad they picked a movie with a PLOT to win Best Picture.
I do admit, seeing the same movie win that many awards did get lame and boring. But, oh well, I guess that's good for me in that it makes me think "why the heck am I watching this in the first place".
