Hey, Titan, have you ever heard The Vines' cover of "I'm Only Sleeping"? It's not bad. Not as good as the Beatles original, but not bad.

Rockwell Church - Holding Out: We just need to get some great acoustic music into this thread. Rockwell Church consists of two guys with two guitars. One of the guys plays almost every single instrument known to man (well.....not really, but pretty damn close) and he adds some really neat sounds to the album, but this song just contains an awesome guitar solo, and vocals that I look for in great acoustic bands.
