I dunno... I understand the spirit behind this, but on the other hand I feel like, so what? The entire point of online social networks is for people to stay in touch. My guess is that the people who do update their status every hour with the minute menial details of their existence are probably just lonely, or bored, or yes, even a bit of attention whores (Blonde). I guess I just don't care enough to actually mess with people over it. I find those myspace bulletins people are always posting a lot more annoying because of the frivolous content. I understand if you want to send out a "mass e-mail" because you lost your phone or something, but quit filling my bulletin board up with bullshit.
