Default On Fatness

I've always been skinny. Everybody in my family (besides my grandpa on my dad's side, RIP) has also always been skinny.

But I have a question about eating habits. I never really "get" people who are overweight because I don't really eat a lot. I mean, sure, sometimes if I am working out a lot or high, I'll eat way more than I'm used to, but mostly, I just eat what I need and that's it.

So here are some things: I generally have good metabolism. I don't eat huge meals, but I usually eat BLD, then snack in between. I basically eat whenever I'm hungry, but only a little bit.

Here's another thing that I really want to ask (those of you who are or have been overweight): Do you get physically sick when you're full? I've heard that some people, even when they're full, can still eat because something tastes good or just because they want to. But I never can -- when I am full, if I have any more (a few bites even) I feel like I'm going to throw up, so I just stop, and then I'm good for a few hours.

Are you guys like this too? If so, why do you continue eating? Not work out?

I just don't understand being overweight I guess, but I also never really have been, so I want to know what it's like.

tl;dr - Why do fat people let themselves get fat? None of that "big boned/naturally big" shit either, you know what I mean.
