I thought it was that too, but apparently it was a note he used to rob a bank with; robbers use them so they don't have to cause a scene at the teller desk. Pretty genius move to eat it IMO.

Crack dealers keep their stash in their mouth; you can swallow all the crack with no real fear, it's not orally active.

Some heroin do this, but they have to keep in balloons, because enough of that swallowed will kill you....and you get to dig through your shit to get it back.

God. I showed that vid to my students in Korea and 3 of them fucking FLIPPED THE FUCK OUT and cried for like 30 minutes. 2 of them wanted to watch it again with the rest of the class (the other one didn't so he went to the corner to hide) and I played it again and THEY CRIED AGAIN.
