Ok. This has been bothering me for a little while now. First, let me outline the situation.

I went into samgoody to buy a cd, bought it, and went home. the next day, i found a $5 coupon for sam goody. so i went back and returned the cd so i could buy it again with the coupon. Which i made the mistake of telling the cashier woman. After i told her that, she went over some guy, who i can only assume was the manager. After an exorbidant amount of time, the manager (who was brandishing a mullet) came over to the register. He then asked me, in an extremely obnoxious asshole tone, 'why didnt you use this coupon when you first bought it?'

to which i answered 'i just found it today.' Then he said (same tone)'well dont keep doin this cause i dont wanna fill out the return form.'

That ape drape having hillbilly motherfucker.

At that point, he started walking away. Thats where i should have called him an asshole or something of the sort.

So what I would like is any suggestions as to what i could/should have done in that situation that are within the parameters of the law. Creative/Disgusting solutions are welcomed.

Here's what I would have done in your place though.

I would have mentioned quite loudly that you wouldn't have had this problem if SAM GOODY DIDN'T MARK UP THEIR CD PRICES SO DAMN HIGH! OR THE FACT THAT CD PRICES THESE DAYS WITHOUT MARK-UPS ARE STILL TOO DAMN EXPENSIVE!

Then I would have gone around the store and picked up examples of CD's that are marked up too high.

But then again, that's just me. You probably should have shot him with the heat you were packin. And then yelled at his dead body, then gone and shot out his tires and windows in his car.

Damn, I really hope I get that 9mm for Christmas...oh the fun I'm gonna have...
