Um, so I definatly skipped 2 of my 3 classes today. The only one I am going to is my late night Z100 music class... |

I skipped... none because I don't have any classes right now.
But I called into work yesterday... I had a "flat tire" and couldn't drive back home from Hanover. |

We can dance if we want to, we can leave your friends behind, because your friends don't dance and if they don't dance then they're no friends of mine.

Oh Jesus, don't give me shit about not going to school. I'll go when I'm good and ready and have everything set up the way I want it.
And not being in school doesn't automatically make me a hillbilly... If it was high school we're talking about, that would be different. |

I wasn't accusing you of anything. But since you think that not going to school automatically makes you a hillbilly, more than likely, you are going to become a hillbilly if you don't go to school.
You can learn on your own..most people probably can't, for sure I can't..schools just provide some structure |

I had a similiar realization not to long ago...Of course school provides structure, and of course there are teachers to challenge you...But honestly, what's to stop someone from buying a book and reading it? If you're intelligent enough you can teach yourself the content. You might not walk away with a nice diploma, but you can still be just as educated.

I'd say well over half of college learning is done by yourself. Damn near everything I learn comes from reading the book and teaching myself. The only point in going to school is so you can get that little piece of paper so you can get a better job.
