this is great. i wish i had a regular script for this shit. i'd be able to tolerate my ass rotten job.

since sunday, for some unknown reason, i've been having a major back spasm between my shoulder blades. it feels like i'm getting fucking stabbed when i breath or move. i haven't been able to train or lift. the royce seminar is this friday & i have to be ready to go.

so i called a friend and got hooked up.
