Leaving Chicago August 23rd, staying until Aug 30th.

Only other times out of the country were Bahamas and Canada.

Will be sleeping at GWB's, should be a good time.

Beebs doesn't know it yet (because I haven't told him) but here is the itinerary:

Thursday Night: I leave work early and the two of us fly to Amsterdam
Friday: Amsterdam
Saturday: We fly back to London and go to Tottenham v Birmingham

Yesterday found some weed just sitting on the street, got stoned, went to fulham football club, walked around the stadium, watched a kids soccer camp, joined in for about 5 min, knocked in a few crosses and free kicks, played a bit of keeper, the kids were impressed for an American, the coaches were half impressed half thinking I was a pedophile.

Took a nap thinking I would wake up at 6, woke up at 12, looked for a bar but they were all closed. Went to sleep hoping to get up at a normal hour, woke up at 4 am, took nap expecting to wake up at normal hour, woke up at 3 pm. Don't take naps when this jetlagged.

Back at that Italian place, it's overpriced but the waitress has a nice body and finds me charming. GWB is on his way, should be a good rest of the day.

At the famous Devonshire arms drinking a London's Pride; very good, comes from a cask, my first beer in England actually.

GWB and I went and bought an oppulant tv, spent the evening putting it and the stand together after some good burgers at some place called Devons. Nothing too exciting to report, the oversleeping cost me about half a day, will probably spend some more time here then wander the streets a bit, head home, get up at a reasonable hour, grab some overpriced italian breakfast (also free wifi down the street) and then possibly attempt to buy some weed and head over to Chelsea to see Stamford Bridge.
