You've lived your whole life in America. I feel sorry for you. American sports are just showbiz.

Feel free to argue. I will provide solid counter-arguments when sober.

But I might not even need to argue. Look at the Premiership.

Now look at the NBA, Baseball, Football, it all seems so phoney and... gay. Americans need so many excuses. We're so gay. Soccer and Rugby are two good pursuits.

One thing that is clear once you look at sports in the rest of the world, is that things like drafts, closed leagues, and the entire charade of "amateur" sports being run by universities are just fucking retarded.
