Well what if you were in a very narrow hole full of shit, only narrow enough for your body to fit. What if there was no room to tilt, then what? Id probably take the bag of vomit to the head, im already "deep in shit", what harm can vomit do? Besides the bag probably wouldn't explode on contact, and even if it did, it wouldnt be as bad as dunking your whole head in shit for any amount of time.
