Kill the Boomers
How does it feel to know that your taxes are going to be raised so that you can pay for these fucking boomers' retirement? That's right, the same boomers that wrecked this country and racked up a national debt into the trillions.
Why do we keep taking shit from this worthless generation? Abolish social security and Medicare and let them rot. |

I was thinking the other day what it must be like to enter reality and one of the first things you hear in your early years of memory is about some horrific war that left the entire planet reeling. I wonder what that kind of information and subsequent fear does to the psyche on a national level.

It would be interesting to see retirement income tied to government debts piled up during your working years: if you spend it your whole life and wrack up a government debt equal to what the entire country can produce for an entire year, you should be forced to pay for that in retirement. Although by this same logic our generation will be worse since our debt will be to pay for the previous generations shit. Damnit we're just fucked.

The basis of our governments being the opinion of the people, the very first object should be to keep that right; and were it left to me to decide whether we should have a government without newspapers, or newspapers without a government, I should not hesitate a moment to prefer the latter. But I should mean that every man should receive those papers and be capable of reading them. |

The boomers squandered their inheritance from the previous two generations. Then they spent their entire lives seeking short term profits by moving jobs over seas and importing Mexicans. They destroyed the economy and perverted society. Now they are going to steal from the subsequent two generations since none of them saved a dime for retirement.

On one of the Through the Wormhole episodes, they mentioned the life expectancy extends 3 months every year. That seemed pretty crazy to think about.
Also that, for every 30 minutes that you spend running, your life expectancy extends 30 minutes. Of course, you just spent that extra time running, but it's something. |

Don't worry guys, cannabis will save 'Murca.
I wonder how long our generation will live on average? I keep thinking I only have 80-100 years (pending an accident or disease of course), but I feel like that's moreso our grandparents average lifespan. |

I make bad decisions.

I've always said anything past 60 is bonus levels for me, but I used to be considerably more reckless, got obnoxiously drunk way more frequently and had just an overall way more unhealthy lifestyle. My dad's side of family has longevity, my mom's side nobody has made it to 70.
I'll just use the Orgazmo method and run for eternity (which would actually be my personal hell) |

In theory, if you just ran everywhere you went, you'd still be doing what you would have done anyway, but wouldn't have to waste time traveling. It's basically like teleporting everywhere you want to go.
For example, lets say you want to go from Indiana to California. You could either spend the day driving to the airport / waiting / flying / etc (probably ~8 hours total that you'll never get back), or spend a few months running there that extend your life a few months. You just saved 8 hours of life. |
