So who watched it? It's ok, don't lie, we know you didn't.
Due to a late night softball game, I only got to see part of it, but here's what I saw. There was no clear "winner", if you can say that. But there was a loser. Arianna Huffington was absolutely horrible. All she did was try to make personal attacks on Swartzenegger. When she wasn't making offhand comments, she was rambling. Sen. Tom McClintock didn't say much, but was usually pretty solid with tough issues, like illegal immigration; though he didn't look very happy to be there. Lt. Gov. Bustamante Cruz did well also, remaining calm most of the time and demonstrating he had a good handle on the issues. Arnold Swartzenegger, surprisingly, held his own during the debate. While countless personal attacks were hurled his way, he managed to actually get across his stance on some of the issues, something we haven't really seen yet. The only person we didn't hear from much was Green Party candidate Peter Camejo. While he claimed he was staying out of the squabling, he also didn't get much in. So what candidates are ya'll liking? Also, do you think the recall election will even happen? Or will Davis keep his job? |

I doubt he will keep his job. One of my friends out there is an extremely liberal minority woman... and even she hates the man. He's really doing that bad of a job out there that people want him out of their so bad, that they'll consider austrian machines over him...
He's just doing a horrible job. Bring on the circus. |
