This is just more semantic meta-arguing in response to my semantic meta-arguing but in comic-form. AND NOW I'VE META-META-META ARGUED BACK IN RESPONSE, WHEN WILL IT END???

It's not about infringing on criminals rights, it's about infringing on non criminals rights. You get arrested or break the law, you get fingerprinted. You shouldn't have to worry about them having your fingerprints at their disposal if you have never been in trouble with the law.

It's the same thing with the NSA. Why do they need to track American citizens phones and emails? I was on the whole, " we must protect at all cost, including cost of personal privacy." I was wrong. On the plus side, they'll be able to identify my body by fingerprint when my head gets chopped off and buried in the desert. Win some / lose some.

Seriously, how do fingerprints matter? AT ALL. If you're not committing major crimes? Do you know how often they actually use fingerprints in an investigation?

Very frequently. Viable latent prints are often not found, but its extremely common to search for prints for any felony crime. Also, I'm going to assume that since we are starting to use DNA much more frequently, it's probably similar across the board.

Technology is evolving faster than the laws to govern it.

The constitution hasn't been relevant in years and is mainly symbolic.

In a rapidly globalizing world this is not entirely a bad thing.

The NSA is is only the beginning.

Human life will change more in the next 100 years than it has in the previous 1,000.

	The basis of our governments being the opinion of the people, the very first object should be to keep that right; and were it left to me to decide whether we should have a government without newspapers, or newspapers without a government, I should not hesitate a moment to prefer the latter. But I should mean that every man should receive those papers and be capable of reading them.
