this was basically what my experience with hp tech support was today. i was so aggrivated by the time i hung up that i wanted to beat the kids and kick the dog.

I have a net gear router and them fuckers sub the tech support out to fucking towell heads also. There is a 3 minute delay on every fucking question I asked and I was ready to flip the fuck out. These fucking retards are looking up the answers while you wait. This is bull shit, what ever happened to good american customer service? Where the operators were white and spoke plain english, even the water & electric company hire a bunch of niggers with attitudes to handle the calls, its like if I am having some problem with my bill I am getting answeres from a p/t thug who works as a customer service rep during the day.
