Friggin' incredible. I get to work with a message on my voice mail from someone cancelling on me. I then check my e-mail to see that my commission summary came in, and one of my deals' revnue is lower than my manager told me it would be, and it's costing me $700 on my check because I'm missed a tier by like $300. To miss by $300 on a scale of $35,000 is RIDICULOUS.

Next, I have an appraisal ordered for another borrower, and it's $450! That's about $100 more than the average price. They're going to bitch so much when I get a hold of them, which I can't because their phone is off and their mailbox is full. It's been one set of bad news after another so far today, and I foresee a homcide if things continue.

I was already invoicing the appraisal on the deal that fell out, so I'm going to take the money from that and use it on this one.

OUCH. 8 loans this month went in to processing this month, and 8 fell out. I didn't close a single loan, which means I make my base pay only. Roughly $1600 after taxes. How the shit am I suppose to live off $1600 a month??????????????????
