I may have posted about it a couple times before, basically about 3-4 years ago i hyperextended it (i think) from drunken boxing with a guy bigger than me at the time, (Mish) who unfortunately knew NOTHING about boxing, and he ended up stretching the fuck out of my arm and hyperextending my elbow (i think). I never got it checked out because i'm an idiot, and it's hurt from time to time, mostly during working out, but it's been liveable until recently. I had it X-rayed last year and nothing is wrong w/ the bones, so i'm going into an orthopedic sports medicine place tomorrow to get it checked out (MRI probably), because it's been hurting progressively more.
I'm hoping i'll be able to get by w/ physical therapy or something like that, because if I have surgery, i'm going to be depressed as hell not being able to work out for however long it takes me to heal. Has anyone had an elbow injury similar to this, and if so, how long did it take to heal (until you could lift again) after treatment? I'm really apprehensive. If i can't work out for a long period of time, i'm going to be even more insane about working out than I am now once i get back into the swing of things. |

Psychedelics are illegal not because a loving government is concerned that you may jump out of a third story window. Psychedelics are illegal because they dissolve opinion structures and culturally laid down models of behavior and information processing.
