Lovedrug
-Spiders - An all around cool song. More upbeat than the rest of this band's songs, I actually wouldn't be surprised if I heard this song on the OC or something sometime. - Candy - Pretty mellow song, but has a really good beat throughout the whole thing...starts out slow, but turns kind of fast after a bit...pretty cool driving song. Fucking wow. When I first heard this band a few days ago, I didn't like them cause I thought the lead singer sounded like a chick, but I was in a pretty pessimistic mood. I'm listening to them now, and they're amazing. I highly suggest downloading some songs...and if you don't like them at first, give it a bit to grow on you. It will. Lovedrug
Pretend You're Alive - Very Keane-ish like musicianship. The Monster - This is the kind of song you would hear in a movie after the hero just had a family member/friend killed, and he's gearing up all of his weapons and such and heading to the bad guy's place to kill him. It's a badass song, if you don't download any of my songs normally, I highly suggest this be one that you download. And all of the other Lovedrug songs too. And all of the other songs I suggest, too. UB, if you haven't checked out this band yet, you should. I suggested a few other ones earlier in the page as well. [ March 30, 2005, 12:22 AM: Message edited by: Mr. Blonde ] |
Electric Light Orchestra - Fire on High
Gets pretty fucking badass at about 2:40 into the song. |
Mae - Sun (the live version)
The song itself isn't that great as the studio version, but the first almost 2 and a half minutes of the song is a piano solo that i'm just in love with. It just has a very magical tone to it. |
Copeland Every Breath You Take
Police cover. |
LFO - Girl On TV
Straight old school, comin from the boy band era. you KNOW you remember this song. [ March 31, 2005, 09:56 AM: Message edited by: Mr. Blonde ] |

The Phantom of the Opera Soundtrack - The Phantom of the Opera
The theme-song of the movie. Different from any of the versions you've heard. If you never saw the movie/play, I highly suggest you see one of them...though I personally suggest the movie. It's a fantastic film; the setting is exactly how I have pictured it in my mind. Beautiful story to be told. http://www.nubblies.net/cgi-bin/ubb/...=000396#000000 |
Mae - The Sun and the Moon
For all you lovers out there. |
Mr. Bungle- Goodbye Sober Day
This is the official song, and cd of Scrum Hokey, we will be fully documenting a game this weekend I will upload the video to nubblies for you all. |
Cauterize - Killing Me
Kind of punk rock at the beginning, which I don't like, but I really got into it later in the song. Niger, you should definitely download this. |
NWA - Real Niggaz Don't Die
Not much of a rap fan anymore, but practically anything from this old school gangsta rap group can get me going. Download this shit. |
How about more classic Hip Hop:
Wu Tang Clan - Fatal Sting Could also be found under 'RZA' instead of 'Wu Tang Clan' This is where Hip Hop becomes eccentric with lyrics such as: The audity prodigy, The cosmos commodity, knowledge guides equality A whiff while I myth and a sniff off a E&J fifth and a spliff, the proton neutron, Sally with the crouton dipping in the Yucon, Supernova yoga, dosia, ambrosia crane and cobra The yolk for help and the stealth with the knowledge of self like no one else, the code of yoba From the noble none of my niggaz local |

Something Corporate - Konstantine
I can't believe this hasnt been posted here already. This is the first SoCo song I had ever heard, years ago, and it still probably holds the title as one of my most favorite songs ever. Beautiful. |
