Indeed. That part definitely adds to the hilarity of the .gif.

The real question becomes: why was he videotaping himself doing crunches? Seriously. It's not like he has a whole lot to show off, and it's not as though he's doing some sort of exercise that is particularly interesting or amazing. Second, you have to love the fact that the cat is completely oblivious to the pain he just caused his owner -- and that cat is fat.

This reminds me of the time in highschool when a lady ran her own leg over with her car. I worked at a car wash, and it was customary for people to pull up, put their car in park, and walk inside. Of course, the entrance to the wash was on a down slope. This lady failed to properly put her car in park -- and it ended up in neutral. Realizing her mistake after exiting her car, she attempted to get back inside. Needless to say, her portliness did not help her cause, and she subsequently fell out. Her car had gained enough momentum to run over her leg, and hit the car behind her. The owner of the car behind her proceeded to exit his car and rudely ask who was going to pay for the damage. Smooth.
