dumbells are a lot easier to stabilize than barbells, foo. i can do it about 8-10 w/ 200 on dumbells, a lot more on barbells. There are guys a lot bigger than I putting up the same thing. You probably don't train chest with dumbells, do you?

i was on my way to the bathroom after hours at last years arnold classic expo (bjj tourney was still going on) when ronnie coleman came up and started talking to me. he was so fucking huge that i felt like i was about as big as a 10 year old standing next to him. very nice guy though

I'm most impressed with the zooming in on the maps how they did it. I know we can do that now, But I just liked the quickness and how they did it.

I'm really looking forward to the midair touch-screens like they had in minority report, though.

An hour and twenty-one minute long video discussing the 9/11 incident. Basically a conspiracy theory about how the government did it. I found it to be rather interesting, I don't necessarily believe a lot of it, but I did find the information intriguing.
