Psychedelics are illegal not because a loving government is concerned that you may jump out of a third story window. Psychedelics are illegal because they dissolve opinion structures and culturally laid down models of behavior and information processing.

Much I like about this, including a paper calling Gravity "Public Enemy Number One" and also their use of monuments (read the monuments.) |

No, but the grey goo scenario is highly interesting. I read about that a while back.

The basis of our governments being the opinion of the people, the very first object should be to keep that right; and were it left to me to decide whether we should have a government without newspapers, or newspapers without a government, I should not hesitate a moment to prefer the latter. But I should mean that every man should receive those papers and be capable of reading them. |

We once inserted a friend of ours into the line of succession, down by like #209, figured there was a miniscule chance that everyone above him would die and we'd be in with the new king of england. Long story short, fucking wikipedia edited it in like 5 minutes.

Look how they're dressed. People don't dress like that anymore. It's odd to me. We're so much more wealthy now than the 1920s, but it seems the majority of people put much less time, effort, and money into dress. Or rather they put their efforts in a different direction. People try much harder to be sexy now rather than classy.
