Default NCAA football poll

Who is the team to beat this year in college football? In my three years as a member of nubblies.net I have tried to post a top list of my own rankings, I will provide explanations for the top 3 of my selections. This years top 10 pre-season rankings according to VOL are:

1. Ohio State- They have some defensive slack to pick up, however the reason the Buckeyes get a number one spot on VOL'S list this year is due to their experienced players still remaining on their roster. Not to mention the possibilities of Ted Ginn Jr. and Troy Smith still anchoring the offense.

2. Notre Dame- Brady Quinn, in my opinion will be the Heisman winner this year. The Irish are returning about 17 of their starters and Charlie Weiss seems to have them looking for a National Championship, this is a team to look out for.

3. Penn State- This pick is going to be a suprise to many, however they have very good recruitment classes that are now getting to see the field and they could be a good contender.

4. Texas
5. LSU
6. USC
7. Auburn
8. Georgia
9. Michigan
10. Florida

I also like ND, seeing how well they did in their first season Weiss. Since the big 3 of college football left for the pros, I have no idea who's left, so I can't see much about the rest of the teams.

Are you going to the game?

They'll need a tone setter after losing to GT. They say it's better to lose early though.

You have to be kidding me, losing to Georgia Tech...

the composer just went deaf.
the singer lost his breathe, in the glow of the crowd.
the dancer's on a crutch.
the writer drank to much.
the director lost his touch. In the glow of the crowd.
can you resist the urge to burn the script we wrote?
