If you dont' change your diet you'll be lucky to see slight change in one month. Diet in my opinion is a key factor in weightlifting, namely upping your protein intake, especially soon after your workout. Also, get lots of sleep and rest, lots of people think that lifting will get them more muscle, when it's actually how much you destroy the shit out of yourself when you're lifting, then sleeping to build it all back. I don't know what your views on supplements are, but it's going to be hard to get your ideal protein intake if you don't at least use protein shakes.

Psychedelics are illegal not because a loving government is concerned that you may jump out of a third story window. Psychedelics are illegal because they dissolve opinion structures and culturally laid down models of behavior and information processing.
