Pore over your contract or your sales receipt. Make them feel stupid: "Why would I pay for a nav system that doesn't work? This is ridiculous, let me speak to the manager" etc.
Go in there. Raise hell. What do you have to lose besides hearing "No"? Fuck what they'll think of you. It's your money and you should get what you paid for.

A self-fulling prophecy is something that you think might happen, and due to your reactions actually happens. What I said might not fit that definition exactly, it still seems like it's applicable.
