Let's talk about how shitty Sony's customer service is. First of all, it took those cunts like 4 days for them to even explain that their piece of shit servers had been "hacked". And to make matters even worse, I still don't even know the extent of the penetration. I have no idea if my personal information (credit card number) has been compromised. I can tell you one thing, after this bullshit, I won't be getting a Playstation 4. I'll be getting an Xbox 720 instead.
