Milk is probably the easiest beverage to chug. Like if you eat a PB&J followed by some dry Oreos, it's easy as fuck to put down a glass of milk in one breath afterwards.

Well I think it's safe to assume that the hardest beverage to chug would be carbonated, you simply cant chug heavily carbonated beverages, with this in mind, I would say Root Beer (I think that's the most carbonated of all beverages) would be the hardest.

However, I know from personal experience that a dark red wine is also pretty damn hard to chug.

Yep strike that, there is no way Root Beer is harder to chug than a couple glasses of Dark Franzia (even if it's in a beer bong, believe me, I know because I'm a complete badass*)
So if we have red wine, and we subtract the alcohol (to make it an eligable beverage for this topic), what are we left with? Sparkling Grape Juice.

My official answer is sparkleing grape juice.
