I believe the companies in Indiana who need labor advertise in mexico. It's very similar to the migrant worker plight in "the grapes of wrath" (i hate that book) but anyways, if they advertise down there, and get a million damn mexi's who will do anything for a quarter, they can get some cheap labor...
