Ha ha..some of the pictures on here crack me up. I'm torn between the fat girl dancing and the mouse humping the, well, mouse.

As for Battles of the Bands, I'm looking forward to Tinturn Abby and Tinturn Abby only. The other ones don't appeal to me too much, though Screaming Hemmroids could have some definite potential. lol

I just got back from the battle of the bands and it was by far the worst battle in three years (and I'm not saying that out of spite.) There were only about three bands who I think performed well, (Friday Night Collision, Tinturn Abey and Quarter English,) and some that were just plain horrible (Quagmire.) The winners were The Screaming Hemorrhoids, who I thought were funny but that's about it, and the runners up were Quarter English. The soloist award went to David Smith this year.
The best part of the night by far was watching old people covering their ears in horror when hearing One Man Down and Quagmire.

I think Quarter English should have taken it. No offense to Screaming "however you spell hemrroids" or anything, they were funny, hyuk hyuk but... too much skin for my liking

it was awful the only half way worthwhile band was Tinturn Abby and the reason they were awesome was bcz they had a violin (sp? i always get that damn spelling wrong) and they played hotel california (which is one of the best songs in the world)

Just because the Screaming Hemmoroids deserved to win (which I actually agree with) doesn't mean that they were good, just slightly better than the other bands.

Battle of the bands sucked. Quarter English should've won, and Tinturn Abby at a close second. Screaming ballsacks, or whatever they were, were funny, but not all that grand.

The Screaming Hemmorhoids were there to have fun. But if you know the guys in the band, then you know that there really is a shitload of talent there.

I'm not saying that they don't have talent, because I know they have that. I just think that musically there were better bands there that night. They were funny as hell, and I enjoyed the Norma Jean breakdown, but they weren't a first place musical act.
