Although there may already be/been a thread/poll on this subject I am way to lazy to look back and check. I would not complain if broadband somehow made its way to my home. Granted super fast internet access, and simotaneous downloads would be great, BUT nothing can beat cussing out your computer and waiting for a half an hour for a web page to load. Or that sound, that wonderfully screeching, grating, ear splitting sound, (which seems to get louder when you are not supposed to be getting on the, or when it is late at night) that glorious sound that your computer belches forth every time you connect to the internet. What could possibly beat that? So am i proud to be a dial-up bitch? Most definetly
