I really wonder what it must have felt like during the Bronze Age Collapse. It must have been like the world itself was ending; what does that do to how you think of the future?
Don't know anything about it, so not much
My rosiest vision of the next few centuries involves many wars and nuclear bombs dropping.. and hopefully a global government rising from the ashes.

Sexual selection is a much bigger driving force of evolution than I used to think.. I used to think that it was like, organism Vs environment and the better and badder you are the more babies you're having, or the further you can see and so on.

Self deception is the second mistake. Tricking yourself into believing something can't be good for your survival right? It's best to have a good/true understanding of what's going on, surely?

Decieving others sounds all well and good but oneself?
Sometimes lying to others is hard and they can smell it so you believe your own bullshit first before telling others then $$$
