Hey guys, I haven't been on much due to me being busy with legal work and friday my computer got confiscated by the cops to search for this file that I don't even have, let alone accessed... so I won't be online that much at all anymore. (I am using jeff's laptop currently to post)
So I call to the geek masses, and 'norms' alike. Please help out if you can.. Since my legal fees for this unfortunate situation I am in, we've had to look everywhere for money, ask family to lend us money... the legal fees alone we can hardly pay, which includes the retainer fee.. the price per hour etc, but not next day mail (important files), faxing (we don't have a fax machine and it's a dollar and upwards a page) we have little money to pay for all this with. With good friends and family we can pay for things ...temporarily, but not much longer. If you want to read more about the situation, an overview rather goto my livejournal and read the last post. It goes indetail as much as my lawyer allows me to. My journal I have decided to get a donation going, in hopes of getting whatever money we can to aid myself(and family, they've helped me so much through this) until this is all over with. I thank you all for whatever you can/will donate. I am very very grateful for any donations.(You can find a donate link on my website or livejournal.) Thanks to everyone, you nubblies are a cool bunch. xo, constantine, your queen of geekdom. [ April 07, 2004, 03:23 PM: Message edited by: Constance ] |

A mixtape would be a great analogy of my life.

Constance, the only thing I can tell you is that when you've proved your innocence, you need to sue the school for a ton of money. That shouldn't be too hard to prove emotional damages as well as money. After that, you shouldn't have to worry about paying for your college tuition. Sue those fuckers!

Constance,
Best of luck with your case, though I won't be able to donate as I'm in poverty myself. But you should be alright, as explained by the boys above. It works like this: If guilty, then we're not going to be inclined to give you money. -or- If innocent, then sue the school so you won't need our donations anyway. So regardless of your criminal status, it's highly unlikely that donations will come from us. Make sure to keep us updated as to how things go. And on second thought, sue the school regardless of what happens, just for kicks. -Pliedes |
