I don't like pimp because it's too common. People call each other pimps all the time. I don't think it would be as genuine as a category as we're looking for.

I would add a 'no affiliation' option...but the idea is to eventually have all active members herded into one group or another. In the old pirate/ninja style, the "no affiliation" option was being a homo...in an attempt to get people to actually choose one side or another. If I give people the option to not choose a side, I'm afraid that too many people will exercise that right and it will dilute the rivalries.

I disagree, I think that the choice of your affiliation should be a calculated one... unless the default was set to the gay flag again. I also abhor the idea of having specific people, be them dead or not, as options.

the idea of having one or more affiliations dedicated to the growing population of females on the board may be a plus.

I thought about setting aside a category for only females...but, in order for that to work, all females would have to choose that category and form a bond. Of course, females have a tendency to not get along with one another for extended periods of time...thus making their category a heaping pile of shit within a few days/weeks/months...however long they can get along. It really would have no cohesiveness a'tall...and they'd simply leak into the other affiliations...thus leaving us with a half full affiliation that's limited to only females...while females crawl about the normal affiliations.

Alright, from this point forward, each member is allowed to suggest one idea toward the next poll. The idea can be one previously tossed forward by someone else...or it can be something that is completely fresh. In 2 days time, the poll will be crafted with those options and the vote will begin to see what will replace robots. Go ahead.
