I don't really know any of you fuckers but I would probably be down as long as there was lots of witty free range shit talking without having to back it up just like the board here. I like to talk mad shit but don't want to have to back it up in person.
P.S. i am not trying to be ironic or sarcastic Edit: also, I think there should maybe be two groups... like pirates vs ninjas in drinking games, naval canoe battles, lawn darts, etc. |

Turkey Run is a nice park. We went a few times when little. Great hiking trails. Looping it in with the FFB draft would be tough. If it's a weekend, when would we possibly have a draft, unless we get a draft board and take it with us. Although then Felix couldn't use the Yahoo Rankings when drafting his players.

Psychedelics are illegal not because a loving government is concerned that you may jump out of a third story window. Psychedelics are illegal because they dissolve opinion structures and culturally laid down models of behavior and information processing.

Won't come out till March or April. I've never gone to a show that early in the summer. He's usually in Wisconsin, Illinois, and Indiana in June, July, or August.

Your right, a band that sells out 20,000+ seat venues everywhere they go for more than a decade must be garbage. I suppose that the millions that have seen them must be paying for "garbage". There is a reason artists that go on for 20 years and still carry a huge following to shows are good and it's because they put on a great live show. Not to mention DMB's drummer is one of if not the best drummer in the world.
If he weren't so popular you wouldn't call it garbage, in fact you wouldn't even know who the band is. The only reason you dislike Dave Matthews is because so many other people like him. |

You probably couldn't name more than 10 songs without looking it up online my guess is that you've only heard the select few that make it to radio. When you have a catalog of over 130+ songs the chances of some sounding similar are there but if you actually listened you would realize there not that similar at all. I've listened to Dave Matthews for 10+ years and been to over 20 shows so I can assure the only reason I like DMB isn't because others like him.

What we do up here is drive the canoes to Manchester (our put in spot on the Eel river). Two cars then drive to 15 and head south on it till we come to the Public access site on 15. If you want to go further on the river on Sunday you can drive down to Roann which is south on 15 till you come to 114 and take a right (West). This adds another 2 1/2-3 hours on the river.
One car is left there over night and the other drives the people back to Manchester. Everyone gets in and starts heading down the river. Depending on how hard you are paddling we typically go for 4-5 hours on Saturday. There are random islands and places on the side of the river to camp. There are two places in particular we have found that are the best for camping. One is very early only 3 hours or so down the river. The other is about 5 or 6 hours down. You set up camp and take everything out of the canoes. We usually bring a case of beer a person, liquor, and a couple baggies of maryjane. I have a tripod we put over a fire (you can chop/gather wood on the site) to cook brats, hobo dinners, eggs (skillet), bacon, etc. As mentioned I have a tent meant for 8 but comfortably sleeps 5 that I use on river trips and for concerts in the summertime: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000W7BHJY Typically leave our area at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday and get on the river by 12:30. Setup camp sometime between 5:00-7:00. You're so drunk by the time you eat everyone is usually in bed by 10:30. Wake up at 8 have breakfast and get back on the river by 11ish. Depending on how long you went down the next day you can be off the river by 2-4:30. |
