Orgazmo, I can't give Mr. Blonde negative rep because it keeps saying i need to spread the more reputation around, but i've been giving rep feedback to lots of people and it still says i need to spread more before I can rep him again. How much do I have to spread? How can I ever keep up with blonde's posts?

I upped the max from 10 reps left a day to 1000. Also, you can see who left you reps now and what the comment for the rep was.

Alright, reputation used to be set that users had to have a certain rep before their rep counted. Now you don't. Because of this, all previous reps had 0 effect. Now the rep effect is based upon how...important you are. It's a formula based on post count, date registered, YOUR reputation...and some other shit.

Also, you have to rep 3 different people before you can rep a person again. That's what the "spread the rep" deal was. It used to be set to 20. That's a tad too high.

...and that's it.
