A Dynamic, Analytical Study on Zombies and Zombie Habits

Thus far zombies have been yet to mount an attack that the fully living have been unable to defend. There are specific reasons for this that I will outline in the following text:

There are two types of zombies that will try to eat your brains. The first are slow moving, lumbering, groaning zombies made popular by Hollywood in such movies as Night of the Living Dead. The second are the tricky, “play dead” zombies made popular by such games as Resident Evil. Both are equally dangerous in their own ways.

The lumbering zombies tend to move at a very slow pace but often attack either in numbers, or areas with little room to evade. For this reason, you must attack these with the shotgun. A sawed of barrel will provide a wider spread but be careful, it will also limit your range. Take out a path of zombies so that you have maneuvering room to get through and get out of the situation. Don’t try to kill every zombie you come across because they multiply fast than you can murdiply.

With the tricky zombies, you have to be more careful. Since it’s very hard to kill a zombie, you should be wary of quiet rooms with what appear to be zombie corpses. They like to play dead and wait for you to walk by them. When you’re close enough, they go for the ankles. Although this wouldn’t normally do much damage, in this case, you’re on your way to being zombified. My advice is to avoid these rooms completely if at all possible. If it’s not, toss a grenade of some sort into the room before entering. If you’re out of grenades (or never had anything to begin (which seems silly to me when you’re dealing with zombies)) you’ll have to use your side arm weapon at close range with all head shots. Make sure you give them each one to the dome before attempting to navigate through them.

With the advise I’ve just given you should be able to survive, but in the event you are bitten, there’s always a cure. Whether it be a serum or a spell or whatever, do not give up hope until you’ve become 100% zombie. Even then though, there are theories about a human biting a zombie and reversing the process (although yet to be proven). At the point you are 100% though, you have the popular option of embracing your zombiness and finding some jerk to eat. Avoid people wielding shotguns, grenades, and other large firearms. They might have read this study and that could lead to a very short zombie unlife for you. Women and children and generally good targets, as they rarely carry such firepower. Also, the elderly. Remember the more people you eat, the bigger your army of undead grows.
