Take some time out of your lives for grapes.
Next time you visit your local grocier, pick up a big bag of the most plump and juicy grapes you can find, white grapes are best. When you find a nice quiet time at home, take a seat in your favorite recliner or lie down in your bed with a handful of cold grapes. Turn off your lights, minimize ambient noises, and sit their for a few minutes until you're relaxed and feel in tune with your consciousness and can minimize all thoughts of the outside world. It's just you, your mind, and your grapes. You want to be able to deprivate all of your senses as much as possible.
One by one, plop a grape into your mouth and just experience it. Bite slowly down on one grape until it bursts and it's juices splash all over the inside of your mouth.
Place another grape vertically between your front teeth, one end on your lower teeth and the other on your upper, then slice the grape in two. Use your tongue to move each half on each side of your mouth. Chew both halves at the same time on the opposite sides of your mouth.
Plop a grape in your mouth and chew both ends off by maneuvering it around with you tongue. Bite down on it and contrast how different it feels from biting down on a complete grape.
There are many ways you can eat a grape, how many can you come up with? All the while, visualize the grapes orientation in your mouth. Contemplate the coordination occuring in your mouth. Absorb the senses the grapes bring to you.
