COME ON YOU YANKS
|
I realized tonight that every single South Park episode should be thoroughly reflected upon right after its airing. Welcome to that reflection.
Feel free to reflect upon any episode that you see/have seen in this thread. It welcome all types of South Park banter. Refer to this site for help with identifying your episode of reflection. When reading in this thread, keep in mind that it very well may contain spoilers. If you haven't seen an episode and are planning on doing so, you probably shouldn't read its review. Season 8 - Episode 12: Stupid Spoiled Whore Video Playset This episode is virtually 100% dedicated to making fun of Paris Hilton. I knew the premise going into it...and didn't really have high expectations. I was wrong. It was absolutely incredible. The comedy level delivered here was maximal...putting this episode's laughter amount in line with the legendary Scott Tenorman Must Die episode. It didn't tackle an incredibly deep issue as some of the other 2nd-wave season 8 shit has...but that didn't deter from the episode at all. From Paris randomly coughing up cum, to Mr. Slave defeating Paris in a "whore-off" by shoving her into his own asshole (which spawned a great ending in which Paris was shown in a position very similar to that of Lemmiwinks from an earlier episode), to, in perhaps the funniest scene in South Park history, Paris Hilton's dog shooting itself in the head...the episode kept delivering laugh after laugh. I love this show so much.
Today while recalling a past show, we literally peed ourselves (almost) remembering the show where they TeePee the teacher, Kyle feels guilty about it, wakes up in the middle of the night to go tell his parents, and Cartman is standing outside his door ready to shoot down any reason Kyle has for leaving his room. Just...just fuck it's a great show, okay. -Ugly Bastard |

Episode #112
Good Times with Weapons Last night I saw an episode of South Park in which the boys bought weapons at a knife show and pretended to be ninjas. Then some other boys got jealous of them and went out and bought ninja weapons and they had a fight. Kenny threw a shuriken star into Butters' eye. They were afraid they'd get in trouble if they brought him to the hospital so they made Butters pretend he was a dog because they were going to bring him to the veterinarian. Hilarity ensues. Half of this episode was in anime style, it was pretty cool. All you ninjas would really enjoy this one. This has to be the best episode of South Park I've ever seen. |

because i went to google and typed in 'south park ninja episode' and went to the first place that i found:
http://www.tvtome.com/tvtome/servlet...44/South_Park/ and I saw the number 112 in bold print beside the title of the episode, and just assumed that it was #112. I'm sorry for any confusion which I may have caused you. *I just did some further research into this. There have been at 125+ episodes of South Park aired on tv, plus a few specials. This is the 112th one that has been aired. Count them. http://epguides.com/SouthPark/ Although I will give it to you guys that it is called #801 here. So we're both right, in a way.* Thank you for correcting me and for making me aware of this error. [ January 31, 2005, 04:41 PM: Message edited by: Calamity Jane ] |

Just to clear things up Jane, I was agreeing with you. I was saying that you stated that it was episode number 112, not episode 1 from season 8 like 'gaz did. I was trying to find where in your original post you said that it was in season 1, which is what f8licks was arguing.

Shut the fuck up. Why does it even fucking matter? You brought back an almost week old arguement to make that weakass post? How do you know what numbering system they use? Do you work there? Look, all episodes of all television shows can be found by two different number. The episode number and the season/episode number. Upon Google-ing the phrase "south park episode number", I found that sites use the "112" inseead of "801" at about a 3:2 ratio. Just let it go licks, it's an arguement that no one will win because it's stupid and there is no correct answer.

Funny how upset you get about something like this. Is it because you don't know what you're talking about and have to start your post w/ "shut the fuck up"? That's pretty lame of a start. Most middle-of-the-line TV watchers know that the 3 digit numbering system is how shows are ordered. I'd consider you quite the dumbass for not knowing this. The South Park website even goes by the three digit nubmering system (of course all intelligent people know this, but there always are the dumb fucks like you.)

First of all, I'm no "middle-of-the-line TV watcher." I'm a professional TV watcher. Second, where do you see me being upset? I'm not even arguing with you. No where did I say you were wrong. I said that both are right in all of my posts. I mean, 1) look at what you're arguing about, 2) why does it matter, and 3) why are you aiming your agression at me? Will your life change if you're wrong? Which I'm not saying you are because like I said before...they're both perfectly reasonable numbering systems. I mean, look at any website for any television show. Most of them list both, showing that they are both perfectly fine. You just need to use your head. I mean, obviously since the episode she was talking about an episode that just recently aired for the first time, it wasn't in the first season.
I personally, upon downloading an episode of a television show, use the X system. In this case I have this episode listed as "South Park [8x01] Good Times with Weapons". So, there's that. It clears these things up. [ February 06, 2005, 01:47 PM: Message edited by: tonguegina ] |

How much do you get paid for watching TV? Unless you're making money, you're not a professional. You're just a loser w/o the foresight to see that your wasting time watching TV and fucking guys.

So, you don't have any more arguements. Good. I really couldn't figure our why you were so upset.
Also I'm not a "loser wo the forewsight to see that your wasting time watching TV," although that did make me laugh. wo, forewsight, your...great grammar. I actually am planning to go into television after I graduate, so I'm really not wasting my time. It's not like I watch shit, I only watch stuff that I either enjoy or can get something that I can use in my future. What are your plans, lex? I don't even know what your major is. |
