What's more interesting is that the execution will take place 30 days after a pending appeal is shot down. I mean, the guy could have a noose around his neck like a 1950s nigger by 2007. Crazy.

I don't know much about international law, but it seems wrong to execute someone who was formerly the acknowledged head of a soverign entity.

They are prosecuting him under the laws that existed while he was the head of the soverign entity, I think.

You know what we should do? This is just a random idea:

Cut back on military spending and subsidize American goods being sold to the middle east and vice versa... anything to increase trade between the West and the Middle East.
