That's good for you UB. Pacific poker does seem a little fishy sometimes though. Like when you keep getting dealt Aces time after time, or when they have tons of good hands come up, and when people hit everything on the river. I'm not so sure of it all.

Yes trout I couldn't agree more, I hit pocket Aces three hands in a row. I lost all three hands. One guy hit a straight on the river (he stayed on 3 6). Another guy hit a flush on the turn. One guy hit a queen on the turn and he had pocket queens. This is three hands in a row.
I hate pacific poker so fucking much, they jew you over with people that stay on shit and get everything in the end. Take for instance one of my last hands today where I lost a good sum of money. A guy and I are going at it, I have pocket Kings and he has 10 6 of clubs. A king comes up on the flop along with 1 club. I bet instantly and the guy raises me and we keep going back and forth. The guy ends up hitting a running flush on the turn and river, how fucking jewish is that. Pacific poker can eat shit, I fucking hate it. |

Hey guys, how's it going? I'm alright. Do you want to talk about poker hands some more? Alright, look at this one. I'm 'Takk,' incase you didn't know.
![]() I'm looking pretty good with a nice the folks (negroed) in the pocket. Fuck yes I'll pay that blind. ![]() The flop does make me a little hard...but it's nothing that I'm going to have to finish off before I stand up. ![]() A $.50 bet to me? Let's think about this. I've four cards that will lube me (any 10). Sure, I could draw to pair up my king or queen...but, with the ace out there...and, playing at a full table, I'm pretty much drawing dead there...but, what the fuck, it'll be a huge pot if that 10 does fall. I'm in. ![]() Whoa, whoa. Hold the fuck up. You've reraised? You're betting the limit? It's another $.50 to stay. Like hell I'm going to give you another $.50 on my 15% or so chances of hooking. Fuck you, I'll cut my losses and go. I fold. ![]() Fuck. There's my money card...the bastard that would surely give me the pot. It's alright though, it also makes 3 spades in the community. Surely someone hooked their flush and would have just milked me for cash. Right now, even though I would have gotten my 10, I'm still pretty happy with my decision. I'm playing it safe. ![]() Ahh, so that means I would have had a straight flush to the king. It's not THAT good. I mean...it's only the best hand I've ever seen...and the 2nd best hand in all of poker. It's alright though, I'm sure someone earned the win out there...I wouldn't have wanted to hook on the turn and river to rob them of their hard earned cash...they wouldn't do that to me. ![]() Oh, so that means he had sub-low pair the entire time with a running low-flush draw. That's cool. Good hand, meester sahn ohv beech. Fuck. [ October 03, 2003, 11:10 PM: Message edited by: Orgazmo ] |

I was recently playing with some high rollers last weekend. On the flop was King, Queen, and 10 of diamonds. Everyone one was like "Whoa, Royal flush!" But we all checked around, so right now in the pot there was $.80. Then the Jack of diamonds falls...and then this HUGE douche bag stands up, and yells "OH MY GOSH, I'M ALLLLL IN!" Everyone folded and he got payed $.80 for a ROYAL FLUSH. He was made fun of the rest of the night, and made the most amazing hand in poker, very unenjoyable.

Do you guys want to talk about what is probably the weirdest hand of poker I've ever been involved in? I'd like to tell the story, so listen if you fancy.
I recently withdrew nearly all of my profit from Pacific Poker and transfered it to Party Poker...so that I could play in a more healthy poker environment. Anyway, this left me with $1.75 to fuck around with at Pacific...a $1.75 that I had planned on letting ride in one hand of poker and either doubling up...collecting the folded cash...or losing. I buy into a .10/.20 table, the highest stakes that I can afford (minimum buy-in at the .25/.50 is $2.50). My first hand it K/7 clubs. I call the shit, get a flush draw on the flop, bet at it with 2 callers, hit on the turn and rape one of the two callers of 2 big bets with my flashy check-raise maneuvering. In the end, I had about $3, payed the blinds on another hand, flopped shit, then left with a $2.70 roll to buy in to a .25/.50 table. Our story begins with Takk sitting in the Big Blind position at a 4-player table, stakes .25/.50. Again, I've got $2.70...and very little intention of spending much time with Pacific Poker...as Party Poker has moved into my life. With that in mind...the $2.70 might as well be play money, I'm looking to double up or lose it all. The deal comes. My absolute favorite hand. When I see this thing of beauty, my penis immediately swells to 4 or 5 its normal size. In 3 hands of poker, I've had a near-nut flush, a hand of shit, and now pocket kings. The poker gods are shining down upon me. The guy before me decides his pocket is pretty enough to raise. He's representing bullets, the only hand better than my cowboys. I can either call, believing that my hand is beat, or...I reraise. Everyone calls me. Couldn't have asked for a better flop. No straight (a draw, maybe), no flush draw, no bullets...I'm golden. Guy before me acts first. He bets, I reraise, guy after me calls, 4th guy folds, original guy reraised, I reraise to maximum bet, guy after me calls everything, we see the turn. My penis grows bit flaccid...but it's nothing I'm going to need a prescription to cure. I figure outlaw has a high pocket pair...my guess at the time is jacks. I automatically assume bmac is a dumbass, and figure he has 9's or something like that. He may have an ace kicker...meaning he just paired up...but it's unlikely. Even if I thought he did, I have $.95 left right now, of course I'm betting at this shit. Again, Outlaw raises before me, I reraise with my remaining $.45 and go all-in, I'm called by both, let's see the rest. Six comes up. This puts a possible straight out there...but what kind of fuck is going to be calling with rags to this point? No kind of fuck, that's what. I'm still giving myself damn good odds at this pot right now. Let's see what the horsebears were holding. Ahh, so the two maniac betters had the same fucking hand. And the phone booth...the guy calling every bet...but not betting at all...he won. Neat. [ October 19, 2003, 01:06 AM: Message edited by: Orgazmo ] |

The Most Amazing Poker Hand I Have Ever Seen In My Entire Life:
I had to recreate this hand with a program that is a bit faulty, so all of the numbers are way off. It shows me as having like -$76, when in reality I had like $24 or something. The two guys with the monster hand, each had around $70 at the start of the hand, one of them ended up losing it all. Anyway, for those of you who don't know much about poker, witnessing a hand like this is about like winning the lottery, except you don't get any money. -Ugly Bastard |

This was the most amazing hand of my life, and I will probably die calling it the most amazing hand of my life. I can't even describe to you the magnitude of such a hand. Sure, me flopping four of a kind is great, but him hooking the top full house on the river just makes it all the more beautiful. For as long as I live, I will never have a more lucious hand.
