Maybe its just due to my lack of experience in relationships, and for those of you who havent figured it out yet, the fact that yes, im still a virgin. But why does everyone assume that something is or will go on with her and him? Maybe its because I haven't had sex yet, but I feel like theres more to relationships then just that. Or maybe I only think that because I haven't had sex yet.

I dont know, its obvious my outlook on things is much different then all of yours. At this point, I cant help but hope nothing does go down. This may sound a bit extreme, but I feel like a relationship, a long term relationship is exactly what I needed in my life right now. I hardly know this girl to be quite honest, but I dont want to lose her. Maybe im getting way too attached too early and am setting myself up for disappointment. But, I told you guys how bored and depressed I felt last school year with the same old routine. I needed something more in my life. Jen is that something more, and the little bit of time I have spent with her has been great.

You guys all seem to be either at completely different stages in your life, have more experience then me, or just have a different outlook then me. This all may sound like total bullshit to you guys, and possibly even humorous. I dont care though. Im not saying I dont appreciate the advice, even though its usually what I dont want to hear. Its nice to see both the positive and negative side of things, even if its things I dont want to even think about.

That's a good attitude to have, but it won't get you laid, at least by a hot chick. You can still change the way you look, and like it, and keep the same personality. I only read the last page of this thread but I'm going to guess that you just graduated from High School by your posts and attitude. I was a lot like you in High School but have changed a ton since coming to college. I had the pleasure of reading large amounts of Greg's advice on our former home and at the time I thought he was a jackass(and I wasn't a virgin). Then I went to college, joined a fraternity and started living real life. I have since realized just how true his advice is. You don't have to change who you are deep down, just adjust your attitude a bit and you will see a world of difference in your life.

Yea im pretty pasty in the pictures, but the more recent one is from this spring, since then ive gotten really tan. Ive spent alot of time in the pool this summer.

As for the hair, its kind of a long story. But in short, in high school they found pre-cancerous skin cells on my scalp. I had to go through 3 different surguries before the cells were completely removed. Because of the surgery, I do have a small bald spot on the side of my head where the scar tissue is now. Its nothing major, and even if I get my hair cut short they usually can do a good job concealing it. Id still rather just keep my hair longer, and not risk any chances that someone could see the spot. Its not that its really that bad, but im a little self conscious about it. Also, im too lazy to style my hair or use any sort of products in it, so I usually just let it do its own thing. However it dries after I shower and brush it is usually how it lays for the rest of the day.

Recently, probably starting a month or 2 ago I started lifting weights again, and im starting to bulk up a bit. Im still fairly skinny, being 6'1 170 lbs, but so far ive been able to steadily keep working out, every other day which is normally hard for me to keep up for a long period.

Im not sure if your really giving me advice I need/want. Looks like you guys are talking more along the lines of getting random play with girls, rather then keeping one for a long period. Granted my girlfriend is in Italy right now with her ex, but untill I have reason to believe shes doing stuff with her, im going to continue to be with her, and im happy with that.

Not that it really matters, but if I get a chance ill try to get you guys a picture of her. That probably wont be possible till she gets back though, unless you want me to post some of her high school sports pictures from her high schools website. Those are a little dated though, and far away so they dont really do justice.

Those pictures are about 2 years old now, since they were from our senior year, and we were class of 04. Obviously not the best pictures, but that at least gives you an idea of what she looks like. Shes about 5'7 give or take an inch, skinny, dark brown hair, and brown eyes. Shes actually half mexican/native american from her father. She doesnt really look mexican, maybe a little native american, at least with the dark brown hair.

Then if incase your wonder, the top far right guy in this picture is Ryan, her ex that shes currently in Italy with and living with till the 2nd of September...

Hes like 5'10, 5'11, 230 lbs or so and has short straight blonde hair. Kind of the exact opposite of me. Im 6'1, 170 lbs, with long curly brown hair.

You've already admitted that that there's a chance that there could be something going on between your girlfriend and her ex... You know that, we know that, just keep that in mind for a while and don't let yourself get too attached. And you know this as well, but I'll remind you, there's no need for you to fly off the handle now before there's any reason to. It looks like you really just need to wait until she gets back, and see how it goes from there.

But she could also come back telling you all about how horribly obnoxious this guy is, how bad it sucked to have to be with him, and how she can't understand why she was ever with him. This makes the situation sound 10x worse, but no she hasn't called me. I talked to her on the phone while I was at work the day she left, and haven't heard from her since. She was planning on calling me as soon as possible. She also has my address and was going to write or send a post card, but that probably wont even be here before she is.

Now the first week her and Ryan were traveling, going to Germany, France, England etc. That means they were going to be in hotels. Its quite possible she doesnt know how to even call back to the states. Im assuming once they arrive at Ryan's brothers house in Italy, where he is stationed, she'll be calling. His brother for sure will know how to call him since hes been in Italy for some time now.

She only has my cell phone number, it could even be possible she didn't write it down and left her cellphone at home, which is the only place she has the number stored. Or that my cell phone cant even accept internatinal calls.

This has got to be sounding worse and worse for me the more I talk about it. Probably looks like im just making excuses. Maybe I am. But I really dont have much to lose by just waiting it out. Its not like this situation is controling my life. Ive actually been going out nearly every night with my friends, trying to live up the rest of the summer.

And btw... I appreciate the more positive feedback ive been getting. Its nice to get both perspectives on out, good and bad.

I talked to her on the phone while I was at work the day she left, and haven't heard from her since. She was planning on calling me as soon as possible. She also has my address and was going to write or send a post card, but that probably wont even be here before she is. Now the first week her and Ryan were traveling, going to Germany, France, England etc. That means they were going to be in hotels. Its quite possible she doesnt know how to even call back to the states. Im assuming once they arrive at Ryan's brothers house in Italy, where he is stationed, she'll be calling. His brother for sure will know how to call him since hes been in Italy for some time now. She only has my cell phone number, it could even be possible she didn't write it down and left her cellphone at home, which is the only place she has the number stored. Or that my cell phone cant even accept internatinal calls. This has got to be sounding worse and worse for me the more I talk about it. Probably looks like im just making excuses. Maybe I am. But I really dont have much to lose by just waiting it out. Its not like this situation is controling my life. Ive actually been going out nearly every night with my friends, trying to live up the rest of the summer. And btw... I appreciate the more positive feedback ive been getting. Its nice to get both perspectives on out, good and bad.
