Fact 1 - I'd agree that marijuana isn't deadly, infact, it doesn't even have any substantial negative effects.
Fact 2 - I'm gonna have to probably disagree, and I think the DJ laid out a good case for me.
Fact 3 - Another good point. It'd be help put a stop to drug dealing (to some extent). The better point is the tax money that would be recieved from it, because drug dealers would simply move on to other drugs anyways.
Fact 4 - Humorous, but please don't be so ignorant as to say that drugs are the only ideological ground one which the major parties disagree with Libertarians.
