You seem to be on the same page as me! I'm all for this shit, let it come.

The most important part of surviving any apocalyptic scenario is based on one simple function- reaction time x intensity. (faux-equation...let me explain). Meaning those who react with intensity near the beginning, will be in a much better situation than those who wait to act appropriately. If you wait until the middle of the disaster to get desperate-- well you're gonna be stuck begging to those who were smart enough to take charge. If you try to "maintain your sense of humanity" then you will exit the ranks of humanity- chopped down by some fucker who knew what he had to do.

It plays out like this.

Rumor of zombies are spreading across the east coast. This is day one- rumor. Day two is disbelief. Day three is confusion. Finally by day four people finally start to panic and go crazy. All the while, starting on day one, DD and I were out systematically robbing gun shops, emptying walmarts, hijacking semi's and fuel trucks, and assembling a caravan of soldiers and supplies for the great migration northward.

By day three when the simians are finally starting to stampede, we'll be halfway to Canada, picking up hot bitches along the way who'll put out for food. We'll use our massive stockpiles to last out the winter while the zombies kill everyone else. By springtime the zombies will have died off, and we return triumphant, with our own army and a blank slate to start from.

Dibs on New Chicago.
