Yeah I was thinking about that earlier today, after I made the previous post. There is no way to prove a person in high in the exact moment they are tested. All that can be proved is previous consumption. Until a field test is invented (if ever) that can prove current consumption, weed will probably never be legalized. It's a pretty sound argument, and I do see the potential danger in people driving stoned.
