, it's simply treating many people acting together as one entity, it applies to all sorts of groups, not just corporations.
Going totally without corporate personhood means that a corporation can't sign contracts, be sued, etc. It's not really about corporate personhood, it's about one specific question in it's application, "can corporations donate to political campaigns?"
