You really are a nit with complaints
1: yes. It's been mentioned several times that its back. The mention of passing out earlier. The talks to hank, "I won't be around for sentencing." Etc.
2: understandable anger w the thought of Walt killing her brother.
3: because cops always take criminals at their word...
4: Walt still considered Hank family.
