If you get some clippers and just trim it ever so slightly the itch should go away. When you shave with a straight razor it cuts your hair at an angle making a point, when you use clippers it cuts it off flat. The pointy stabby hair is what causes irritation / itchiness more than the fact that you have hair on your face.

I'd say things are coming along well:
![]() I'm excited to see what the next couple of weeks hold in store for me. My beard is fairly large as of right now. |

There's life and then there is Cubs baseball, it's a chore to seperate the two.

Yes I have been and for good measure. My neck hair grows down well past my adam's apple. I even have random strands that connect all the way down to my chest like a happy trail from my face to my upper chest, it looks horrible. Not that the look of it is important but it is also a pain the ass stabbing me in the neck at all levels. I feel like I am left with no choice, so I must shave the neck part of my facial hair.
On a more positive note I love my beard, I randomly find myself stroking it throughout the day. The only downsides to it is the random pieces of food that get stuck in it at times and also my mustache now growing over my top lip, I may have to trim this. This is counteracted by the feeling of beer dripping from my chin, fucking awesome. |
