After hearing both of your cases and see the evidence for myself, it is clear as day that Dirty Harry has violated no moderator privileges and no rights of any poster. I noticed that you only "technically" double posted, after taking a close look at the time, however, Dirty is smart enough to know when 4 posts are almost the exact same and I believe he made the correct decision.
