Update!!!

I just got something in the mail today. I guess some woman who was in a situation similar to mine with CLRO filed a lawsuit against them about a year ago,
on behalf of all owners of the stock at the time.
Well anyway, she won the lawsuit, so today I got a notice in the mail saying that I am entitled to receive "most, if not all" of my loses back from CLRO.

I called the law-office who handled the claim (in San Diego). They told me that I should get most of my loses back, because CLRO was selling their shares for much higher than they should have been. The guy said I probably won't see a check until the Spring of 2005, but I'm fine with that.
