Maybe you havn't met them all?
I know there are stereotypical frat guys, but unlike any other characteristics hated by people (gayness, jewry, or the ever present "billy badass syndrome") being a 'frat guy,' doesn't say anything about you other than you made a choice.
I've met plenty of good Greek people in my time, and I bet you have too, they just didn't fit your stereotype, so you didn't even think of it.
